Opposition view – Leicester City

We speak to Chris Forryan from Leicester ’til I die ahead of the Foxes’ visit to the Liberty this weekend…

You parted company with Craig Shakespeare this week. Was this a surprise and do you think it’s the right decision?

Looking at results no it wasn’t a surprise and yes it was the right decision, and not just the results, it was the performances. Unfortunately a good number 2 doesn’t always make a good number 1 and Shakespeare is a perfect example of this. Unfortunately Shakespeare was tactically inept but I think we have just lost the best #2 we ever had.

Who would you like to replace him?

Allardyce or Dyche. Big names that are not use to a relegation battler will be useless for us. Both those two could keep us up, and give us mid table security for a couple of season look at what Allardyce did at West Ham. Also they would suit out the prima Donna’s in the dressing room.

How has your season been so far?

One word… S**t.

What were your expectations before a ball was kicked and gave they changed since?

10th place minimum and i’d take 17th at the moment

Who have been your star performers and who needs to up their game?

No one and everyone.

What do you make of Swansea so far?

Too early to tell yet 1 win propels you 6 odd places up the table.

Predict the score and where both teams will finish…

I’d be happy with a draw but never bet against my team, so going for a backlash and a 2-1 win to Leicester. Mid-table finishes for both teams.
