SoS 38 Preview

The second SoS of the season and 38th overall hits the streets tomorrow. Here is what you can look forward to in our latest offering.
Editors – Given what has gone on recently, my editors notes are a letter to Jason Levien and Steve Kaplan demanding they answer certain questions from us about what’s been going on/will be going on at Swansea City.

Paul Anderson – On a lighter note we speak to former Swans winger Paul Anderson about our League 1 title winning season in 2007/8, why he didn’t rejoin the club and facing us in the Play-Offs in 2011.

In Huw We Trusted – Guto Llewellyn looks at the fall from grace of Swansea City chairman Huw Jenkins.

A Right Mess Of Things – Our editor looks at the situation regarding our start to the season and firing/hiring of managers.

Things Will Never Be The Same Again – Matt Barroccu explains why he thinks the Supporters Trust should consider selling their 21% stake in the football club.

The Magnificent Seven – A Touch Far Vetched editor Nigel Davies pens his first SoS article and looks at some of the most prolific marksmen in the clubs history.

Who Is Bob Bradley? – We take an in-depth look at the Swans first non-European manager and assess whether he might be a good fit at the Liberty or not.

Austria Away – Steven Carroll takes a break from all things Swansea City to travel to Vienna to watch Wales. He relives the trip for us in this issue.

Top 20 Liberty Games – We look at games 16-13 featuring a match Jonjo Shelvey will never forget and a comeback win against one on London’s biggest clubs.

Swansea Seasons – It’s the infamous season where Tony Petty bought the club for £1 that we review in this issue, at least things are not that bad now!

News In Brief – We look at some of the other talking points recently including the humility shown by Francesco Guidolin, our link to Ryan Giggs and our worst start in 71 years.

Top 5’s – We considered it appropriate to look at the players who we felt have been too generously awarded new contracts recently.

Meet The Jack – Dave Smith answers our questions about his life supporting the best club in Wales.

So we have a packed issue for you this time around. Sellers will be by Rossi’s and the bridge by KFC on Saturday. You can also pick up a copy from Good News Swansea market, Slee Stores Neath Road and Sandfields as well as the travel club pod.
